There are many anatomy books on the market to aanatomy from, most of which don’t go deep yoag to explain”why” something happens. And as most folks now know, if you can visualize what you want in any area of your life, you are far more likely to get what you want. Sometimes you have to put the book down and get into a Yoga pose; think really hard about what you just read It’s informative and even fascinating.
