We all got our great deals on the Chalean extreme workout but the calendar did not come with it! These inspiring workouts are really going to push your body to get lean. Sounds like my tribe. It is a different type of lifting than I have done before — it is really slow and it seems to work.

What you get 15 amazing workouts: Also, is the chhalean included too? So, I’m just trying to make the best with the weights that I do have.

The problem is that by doing so, you reach a plateau and stop seeing results. I don’t have weights over 10 pounds so I have to mix my 10’s with my 5’s and so on – it hurts to hold them in my hands but I can’t afford to get more weights because I JUST got divorced and the finance part hasn’t been worked out yet BLAH.
