Having read Dawnwebster’s excellent inputs on the “VtM Conversion” thread, it seems she makes this self-control roll the defining criteria for a character’s Humanity. These include things like berserk which is called “frenzy” in the VtM setting.

Instead, it seems the “self-control” roll is completely independent of the character’s WILL attribute and is predicated entirely on the points gained from taking the disadvantage.
