Will likely buy Mach2 but will have to use Master5 until I can upgrade a machine to windows The two subassemblies are glued jggo not nailed. Not much to see yet. Its a small world! CNC may not always be the most efficient way to make guitar parts a band saw and pin router is often the most sensible way to do guitar woodwork but they are a flexible way to convert complicated 3D computer designs into reality.

Hgro 5 works well but moves in somewhat discrete steps, each move then causes some distortion of the cut by torquing the gantry in resistance to the cutter. Well here I am, bitten by the CNC bug. I did not put the preload nuts on the z axis, really wanted to get this running and time keeps adding up.
HayTay Don’t be the one that stands in the way of your success! What would you do? The fender washer mounting holes need to be drilled biased toward the outer edge, if its not the hardware won’t clear ask me how I know.
